Bethany is blessed to have many activities (Bible studies, Committee meetings, training sessions, social activities, etc.) being planned at times other than on Sunday mornings. So that we can ensure we don’t ’overbook’ our spaces, we will use a reservation system similar to the one we use for the Family Life Center. Besides reserving the space, the agreement includes returning tables, chairs, equipment to their original placement, cleaning the space as needed, and removing trash from bins.
